Delivery options

SCALPERS offers customers the option to have their orders delivered to the private address of their choice.

Delivery times

For Germany, France, Italy and Austria, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours.

For the rest of Europe, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors such as payment authorisation, stock availability, promotional periods or holiday seasons.

Delivery costs

SCALPERS offers free delivery across Europe on orders over €90.

For Italy, Germany, Austria and France, free delivery applies to orders over €40.

For orders below the applicable free delivery threshold, shipping costs are as follows:

Zone 0 — €3.95

Applicable to orders under €40 in:

Italy, Germany, Austria and France.

Zone 1 — €12

Applicable to orders under €90 in:

Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Ireland and Slovakia.

Zone 2 — €25

Applicable to orders under €90 in:

Gibraltar, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Poland and Switzerland.

Zone 3 — €40

Applicable to orders under €90 in:

Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Cyprus.

Zone 4 — €55

Applicable to orders under €90 in:

Rest of Europe.

Please note that shipments to countries outside the European Economic Area may be subject to customs handling fees or import duties.

These charges are not covered by SCALPERS and must be paid by the customer.
